17)   Winning subscribers of Hyundai i10 Car should present 2 valid IDs, the winning mobile

number and the letter coming from SMART to claim the car in the nearest Hyundai

Distributor’s office.

18)   If sending a representative, the following must be presented:

i. The notification letter

ii. Two (2) original valid IDs of the winner

iii. Authorization Letter

iv. Two (2) original valid IDs of the representative

19)   Smart Communications Inc. will shoulder the 20% winner tax of this Smart Prepaid Promo.

20)  Prizes for this Smart Prepaid Promo unclaimed within 60 days upon notification will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

21)   Prizes for this Smart Prepaid Promo are transferable but not convertible to cash.

22)   SMART employees, advertising agencies and their relatives up to 2nd degree of

consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
