    Sayang lang papromo promo pa kayo. Di makaka connect sa call. Walang kwenta services nyo. Daig pa negosyo nyo ng SUN at GLOBE. Ayusin nyo nga service nyo. sarap sunugin cellsites nyo. Putang ina na SMART to. SMART nga ang pangalan eh ang BOBO ng serbisyo.

Mga ngtatrabaho dyan. wag na kayo magnegosyo ng ganyan. tinda nlang kayo ng taho. kung may load ka naman kapag emergency di ka nakaka connect kaagad. Lipat na tayo sa GLOBE o SUN. sarap durugin sim sa mukha nyo putang ina nyo

    wala naba improvement ang smart sobrang bagal ma ka connect,ang tagal dumating pag nag load laging network busy,at ang masaklap hnd mo pa nagagamit expire agad wlang consideration ano ba yan,to all staff of smart company and to the management gising nmn! puro nalng kau profit e…… pano nmn ung mga gumagamit ng network nyo sana kahit minsan matuwa nmn ang mga subscriber ng smart sa service nyo malalaos kau nyan!!!!

    sayang lang load ng prepaid d ka rin ma ka contact. dapat pwede mag online complain sa NTC due to your failiure to deliver services bayad pa. pandadaya sa consumers!!!

    y is it… unlimited text an d calls cannot avail your promotion…
    why can’t we send messages even we just newly loaded our cellphones….
    well you fix the problem or you will wait until more subscribers change their sim cards from smart to globe…

    Smart.. please make your subscribers proud of you… you have a very poor system… pag maka register nang unli call hindi naman magagamit kasi hindi maka connect, kung maka connext man 3 times lang… unlimited call ba ang tawag doon…

    i am one of the smart subscribers, PERO! very poor ang services ng SMART. i decided to swap other network w/c s GLOBE abot mo ang MUNDO w/c s very TRUE. talagang totoo ung ads ng GLOBE na abot mo ang MUNDO. kasi d are good enough in their services. I satisfied their promos; specially call and txt for 7days & 1day. i give to thumbs up for the GLOBE NETWORK. keep it up the GOOD services GLOBE ur one & only NETWORK in my life.

    please lang naman…ano bang klase yang promo nyo sa rewards at redeeming of points…paki klaro nyo naman yong mga guidelines nyo nang hindi kami na cha-charge sa promo nyo na mali ang instruction. Pa promo-promo pa kayo ng rewards at points everytime na mag load kami hindi rin naman mapakinanbangan…wag na lang kayo mag promo kung ganyan din naman para di pa kami manakawan ng load everytime na mag send kami at sabihin nyo na mali ang pag send…bakit kayo mag charge sa mali eh sa network nyo rin naman kami nag se-send. ang ganda sana ng coverage nyo kasi laging full bars palpak lang ang serbisyo and to think na i am 12yrs smart pre-paid subscriber. sana naman you give back what is due to your customers.

    anu batong smart…pag nag pa reg kanang katok10 pag na reg kana pag nag call kana,….ang sasabihin ay network busy …ano bato…palaging ganito nalang..hanggan ma xpyr ung unli mo…napaka vovo naman ung gumawa nitong unli na to… dapat di niyo na nilabas itong unli na to kung ganyan lang din ang mangyayari…ayus ayusin niyo naman service niyoo…vovo talaga…dapat sa n u epapa block…..
